Through conscious engagement, our bodies allow us to become more aware of and intimate with the vast forces and mythic presences that weave through our lives. Through movement, creativity, and mythically-inspired play, we will make space for Hades and Hestia, asking what has been relegated to the unconscious world and is longing for a home at the hearth of your life.
